Dr. Lewis Hutchison Pauley is the owner and doctor of Prestige Chiropractic. Dr. Pauley is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. He holds a state chiropractic license through the Virginia Board of Medicine, as well as a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification and is certified in CrossFit Movement & Mobility. Dr. Pauley’s chiropractic focus includes improving overall nervous system function, correcting biomechanical and postural errors,, the relationship between nutrition and wellness, and improving athletic performance through a combination of precise chiropractic care and joint & soft tissue mobilizing techniques.

Dr. Lewis Pauley

Chiropractor/Owner

Dr. Lewis Hutchison Pauley is the owner and doctor of Prestige Chiropractic, founded July 2012.  Since then, he’s become one of the premiere chiropractors of Woodbridge, VA, providing well-rounded care for a diverse range of clients.  Dr. Pauley’s chiropractic philosophy focuses on improving the overall function of the nervous system by correcting biomechanical and postural errors.  His area of specialization is improving athletic performance through a unique combination of precise chiropractic care with joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques.  He has additional focus on pregnant women and adolescents, adapting his techniques to suit their individual needs.

When he’s not at the office, Dr. Pauley enjoys spending time with his fiancee, Dr. Stephanie Galuk, an osteopathic obstetrician and gynecologist.  They live in Lake Ridge with their Labrador Retriever mix Libby, and enjoy hiking, physical fitness, comic books, movies, and cooking healthy meals together.  They will be married in Fall of 2018.
Dr. Pauley is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the first chiropractic college in the world.  He maintains certification by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. He holds a state chiropractic license through the Virginia Board of Medicine.  Dr. Pauley has a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification with additional special certification in CrossFit Movement & Mobility.  He maintains close professional relationships with many area Crossfit gyms, the Moms Run This Town running community, and many other fitness groups and communities.

Kaye Decano

Massage Therapist

Kaye Decano is a Certified Massage Therapist. She received her training in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage from the Northern Virginia Community College Massage Therapy School in 2012, and she is Virginia State licensed through the Board of Nursing. Ms. Decano is trained in Spinal Reflex Therapy and other neuromuscular/myofascial techniques. In addition, she is certified in pre-natal and Thai massage. The bulk of her experience is with athletes (professional fighters, CrossFit athletes, high school athletes, etc), those with chronic pain, and in post-surgical care. Kaye is also a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Bikini Division Competitor in the National Physique Committee, which has provided her the experience to take a “whole body” approach with her clients.
